Spring Dress-Yay or Nay?

This is from Speigel and I thought it was cute. I could wear it to work with a black cardigan over or going out later or to an afternoon wedding.

Honest opinions please.

I'm a size 14 if that helps. Big boobs.

Honest opinion....it's ok...I think it would look good on someone who is tiny....I think it might be too much print for someone a little bigger. Hope that helps!

that's what I was thinking. Also with a nice pair of low patent slings.

Still undecided. It's a good price for a dress that could be so versitile.

Re: Spring Dress-Yay or Nay?

I say nay but only because the pattern is big. I think a dress like that in the same color scheme, but with a smaller pattern would be nice.

(but keep in mind, I'm very petite- 5ft- and could never pull off something with a big design)

Re: Spring Dress-Yay or Nay?

Nay for me...but I do think I'd like it better with a cardigan! And I def. wouldn't wear it to a wedding.

Re: Spring Dress-Yay or Nay?

From one big-boobed chick to another - I think the print and the high neckline would not be good for a well-endowed woman - I wouldn't wear it.

I think it's nice. I would add a thick black belt around the waist. I don't think I would like it with a cardigan I find cardigans make people (aka me) look bigger in the shoulder area I would do a fitted blazer, a cute cropped jacket or a wrap.

Re: Spring Dress-Yay or Nay?

thanks all...I had an idea that it was nice and could work with lots of scenarios but I've decided not to get it.

I like sheaths but it's hard to find one that works for big boobs.

Re: Spring Dress-Yay or Nay?

Yay - black cardigan, low patent slings and a skinny patent belt around the waist would look awesome!

Re: Spring Dress-Yay or Nay?

I like the print and think it would look cute with a black cardigan, but I don't really like the shape. I would like it more if it was A line.

Re: Spring Dress-Yay or Nay?

ya see ladies, this is why I didn't get it.

I knew I liked it but wasn't sure.

A line would be so much more flattering on me and I was concerned about the print.

Re: Spring Dress-Yay or Nay?

I like the shape and cut of the dress but that print is throwing me a bit. It reminds me of my Grandmother's cruise wear... Carnival, Circa 1990.
