WWYD?
About a week and a half ago I bought a cute pair of yoga pants from Oh la la in Sayville. I wore them once, washed them and now they are 10 sizes too BIG on me! I just had them on and they are falling down! They fit me great when I tried them on in store.
I shop regularly at Oh la la and I always spend a decent amount of money when I go in there. I'm really unhappy with the pants but I don't know how I should approach them. What is better? Phone call or go in person?
Thoughts?
Update:
I just got back from Oh la la with no success. I spoke to a girl there who called the manager at another store. She said since they were worn and the tags weren't on they couldn't do anything for me. This annoys the crap out of me because I tried them on before I bought them and they fit.
I left a message for the owner to call me back. She was "out of town". 
It's not the money but more the principle. KWIM?

I would go in w/ the receipt, act super nice and ask to speak to the manager. You may not be the only customer with that problem.

I would definitely go in person. If they recognize your face as a repeat customer you may get further with them than on the phone.

I would definitely go in the store with your receipt and talk to the manager. I am sure if you are in there all the time they will give you a refund or exchange them for you.

Go to the store with the pants and show them the diffrence! Hopefully they will honor your price paid towards something else in the store.

That is crap. I brought back pjs to Victorias secret after I washed them because they fell apart. It sounds like your pants lost the elastic or something. I would keep on them with phone calls.
