i have little spots on my hands
i just noticed this today, i dont know if its pregnancy related but on my right hand i have little spots (freckle like) but they look kinda red - anyone get this?

Is it a cherry spot - slightly raised?
I have them on my leg, back and lip. My dermatologist said I should expect more to appear when I'm pregnant. They are harmless.

I have them on my chest and arms, they have gotten more frequent as my pregnancy goes on. Hopefully they will go away.
