whats really sucky is that people have given me GREAT recommendations, but the companies have really jacked up their prices in the past couple years, and it's $1-3k more for the same package.

I called one place (nameless!) and the guy that answered the phone ASKED ME if I was African-American, because they "only specialize in AfroAmer weddings"

Trust me and go with 12th night. You will pay minimal for digital and you will get all the original proofs/files.
Then I can show you how you can build your own albums for half the price of what you would pay from a professional photographer. My wedding album that I did myself most likely looks just as good if not better than people that paid $4000+ for a photography package with albums.
You need to be a little computer saavy though... but its not impossible.

If you need a photog recommendation - I've seen a guy's work that I thought was phenomenal. Several friends have used him. Also a co-worker showed me a video from him - hands down the best one I've ever seen.
I only wish I knew about him when I got married...sigh...
eta. I think he'll photograph a cracker too.

going all digital, and doing the albums myself.
I want all my proofs, printed out, so i can put them in a book
I want a 2nd photog
I need 4 albums - us, 2 parents, and my grandparents.
