Crampy and discharge - normal?
I have AF like cramps (AF would have due today) and had (TMI) yellow-ish EWCM. Cramps aren't unbearable - just uncomfortable. Normal, right? Needing reassurance - thank you!

i would call the doc just to be safe...not to worry you, but i think all my books say if discharge is yellow, brown, green etc it could be an infection...sorry

AF cramps are perfectly normal, it's the feeling of your uterus stretching.....
BUT - combo that with the colored discharge, i'd call the doc..

Thanks - seems the yellow was isolated (just one time when I peed and I've since gone and nothing like that). And AF cramps aren't too bad. I'm not panicking.
I have to call the nurse for another question anyway, so I'll ask, but I think it's just the norm.
