Refiance...missed the boat or you think it will come down again
i have 6.75% rate now. I would like to do it at 4.75 but feel i missed my boat and its too late. Does anyone think they will drop again?

I'm wondering the same thing. Ours is 6.5% and when we inquired about refinancing recently it was 5.25%.
I'm hoping it goes lower.

The rates are all over the place at the moment and are changing daily almost. I think they'll come down again, so you haven't missed the boat yet in my opinion.

I'm at 5.875%
I contacted my mortgage broker recently, she felt that they would come down again.
I hope they do, I sort of feel like I missed the boat too.
