where to go for a winter coat?
i have tried a few places but everyone is out of small sizes... is century 21 worth checking out?

Doesn't hurt to try... I find that place hit or miss. Sometimes I go and find a ton and other times it's a mess and can't find a thing.
You may want to try Annie Sez too
