When can you stop the "allergy check"?
Ryan has done all of the Gerber veggies and all solo fruits.
I made him avocado 2 nights ago and today is day 3.
When is it safe to "assume" you don't have to do 3 days of a new food before introducing another new food?

I kinda still do it, well not officially, but if DS is trying something he has never had before I *try* to make a mental note to give it a few times and make sure it is the only new thing.
But officially I think I stopped like after all of the baby food or so.

Re: When can you stop the "allergy check"?
I never did it.
My DD never had any issues with any formula or drinks or food so I would just offer something and if she liked it I gave all of it to her and didn't wait 3 days to introduce something else.
I've been doing the same with DS. Do you or DH have any allergies? We don't so I wasn't too worried. HTH

I have been a little less cautious lately......last night he had mashed potato (just potato mixed with some formula) for the first time & I gave him avocado at lunch for the first time today! (good salad by the way Jess!!!).

Those are the reasons I have been being a little less cautious lately! No allergies here except when I was a small child I would get hives & swollen from crab & strawberries! But I grew out of that!

I have no food allergies. DH became lactose intolerant as an adult. And DH's brother (my BIL) has a very severe peanut allergy.
