We are putting our house on the market!!!
its bitter sweet but it goes on the market in about three weeks so i figured i'd put it out there.
a four bedroom, 2 bath, finished basement, 2 car gargage and in-ground pool with lot of other upgrades.
asking 449,000 in east northport - npt schools

I bumped the before and after thread - i have lots of pics. in that post
p. 1 hallway , which has been repainted since
p. 2 front, before new siding (which we did in the fall)
p. 3 driveway
p. 4 bedroom, was our master now ds's room
p. 6 nursery and deck
This should give you an idea of what we have been up to for the last 4 years!!!!
