Is it weird ... inspection related...
Is it weird to give the seller our inspection engineer's info (name, company) prior to the inspection?

We didn't...we had to have our REA contact their REA to contact the sellers to let them know that they would be coming a certain day (schedule it) but we didn't have to tell them the company beforehand. Are they asking for it?

We have contacted the sellers directly (colleague of DH) to schedule a time for the inspection. We have the date set, but now they are asking for the name/company.

sounds a little weird to me, but that is because no one ever asked us.

We are going to be there with the engineer.
