eye brow threading
does anyone know of good places in queens?
i went to christies& co in bayside but they charged me $14! i know i can def get it done cheaper elsewhere.

Christies is freakin overpriced for threading and hairstyling. It is 22 dollars for lip and eyebrow threading, but 25 for the whole face?? Go figure.
I only go to Mehndi Threading on Union Tpke and like(249th street, before LIttle Neck Pkway). For lips and eyebrow it is only seven dollars and they do a great job. A llittle hole in the wall place,but clean ,cheap and good.

There's a place on Bell - right next to the train station & Lucille Roberts - Ravi Spa or something like that. I haven't been there for a while but it was less then $10.

good to know! i will have to check them out.
i agree with you about christies. their prices keep getting higher and their staff seems to get less and less helpful everytime. (receptionists and cashiers)

There is a place next to the Bayside Animal Hospital that I really like..it's like $7...Asha beauty something or other..I used to go regularly before I moved...it's on 39th and Bell...

I used to go there. But two of the threaders that I used left. So I changed places. Turns out that one I used to go to now owns her own place on Francis Lewis Blvd. But Mehndi is cheaper and they do a great job there.

there is a place in jamaica on the corner of hillside and parsons.... its like the 3rd store in on that strip... $5 for eyebrows and they do an AWESOME job!!
