I'm looking for some hair rubber bands for DD, if anyone can help (long, sorry!)

I'm talking about specific ones, which I had for her, LOVED, and lost them Chat Icon Chat Icon

I got them in Wal-Mart, in the baby clothes section. I *thought* maybe they were Goody brand, but I could be wrong. There were literally like 200 (could have even been 300 or 500) teeny tiny rubber bands, and they came in a plastic container, kind of like one of those pill cases that has spots for each day of the week. And in those separate compartments were different colors of the same rubberbands-- they were MINI rubberbands, perfect for pigtails for a toddler. The cardboard that the container was attached to was pink, I think. They were different than the types of elastics we use in our hair, they were more like a stretchy plastic, and they were tiny.

I unfortunately transferred them to a Ziploc, threw out the packaging b/c the container wasn't staying closed. Now I cannot find the bag of rubberbands anywhere, and they didn't have them in Wal-Mart again (they were in a weird spot when I got them, not a standard spot in an aisle).

If anyone has ANY clue what I'm talking about Chat Icon Chat Icon and any clue where to find them, I'd be forever indebted Chat Icon I even tried to find them online but I'm not entirely positive they were Goody brand.

THANK YOU!!!

ETA: YOu can see the band pretty well here-- they're shiny. The packaging would be a giveaway if you've seen them, it seemed like pretty unique packaging.

I bought some there too and lost a bunch and couldn't find them again in the store. I bought some at Claires at the mall. Tons of colors and they are small. They have a lot of hair accessories for toddlers, I was surprised.

I got Goody ones similar to those (shiny) for Sarah that I really like. But they were all different colors and sizes mixed up in a tiny ziplock bag. I think I got them in CVS?

Thanks, I'll look for them, I love CVS.

It's not even that I love the shiny, it's just these were soooo easy to stretch, but they didn't stretch out-- much easier than the little ones similar to our hair elastics.

I agree. We also have the tiny matte ones by Goody that are awful. Her hair gets stuck in them every time.

Yeah, I just bought those (probably the same ones) in Wal-Mart the other day, and they're awful, sooo hard for me to stretch and pull her hair through at the same time Chat Icon That's why I loved my original ones, they were super stretchy, like a real rubber band kind of.

All I could find was these. I had a box. They came all mixed up but the colors were much brighter than the ones here and I think they were smaller. I got them at Target I think. They are called ouchless.
Good luck!

Ohh...this is definitely not what I had, but they look promising. Do they feel like the elastics we use in our hair, or are they more stretchy, like a regular rubberband?

I may have to check out Claire's AND Target now! Chat Icon Thank you!

I know exactly which ones you're talking about. They are actually more stretchy than the Goody ones. I got a package of them at Buy Buy Baby last year. I also saw them in the baby section, at the end of the baby sock aisle in the South Setauket Target last week.

HTH!

I use those for DD on occasion and love them too. I got mine at either CVS or Walgreens - but I think I also saw them at bed bath & beyond - they are sold with the regular hair bands and barretts for adults and older kids.

Yeah, stock up if you find them Chat Icon I *may* be able to run into Wal-Mart again tomorrow to check-- but they're in a weird spot, near the hats for infants, on this little stand in the middle of the clothes, so I doubt anyone orders them regularly...don't even know if they had the price sticker on the peg or not.

Didn't even find them on ebay just now Chat Icon
