had a scare
a few hours ago i had some light brown spotting and some cramping... i was preparing myself for the worst...
my 8 week appt was scheduled for tomorrow, but i was able to get squeezed in today for my ultrasound.
turns out the baby is FINE! measuring right on target with heart rate in the 170s. the spotting/cramping was due to a yeast infection - which i had NO symptoms of, mind you 
what a relief

OMG - what a nice thing to read - i get so nervous opening things like this!
i'm so glad the baby is okay!!!!!!

I'm glad it was nothing
I had bleeding with both my pregnancies, and babies were both fine.
With DS, I bled a lot during the first trimester, and with DD I actually bled and passed a large clot (I was sure I miscarried, and the MD was not optimistic (large amounts of blood just coming out)...but both babies were fine.

glad it worked out, i had light spotting once around 8 weeks, and twice around 10 weeks, everything ended up fine

Im glad everything worked out! Try not to worry its very normal to have some bleeding the first trimester. I had bleeding my 8 week 9 week and 10 week and everything was perfectly fine.
