Weight Gain question
What do you do to control weight gain? Is there a way to control how much your face or arms show the weight since i am pregnanct I would like to at least TRY and keep the weight gain in my tummy for the most part? What did you guys do for that? Im sure im not the only one who has wondered this.
Some people have told me that I can go for a jog or a run or do an exercise bike or pregnancy aerobics....

Re: Weight Gain question
you are not! i was very heavy my whle life until i had a gastric bypass in 2002...since then i have been 5'10 and about 135 lbs.....i was worried to be hoenst bc i kno wwhat its like to be heavy and didnt carea bout gainging during pregnancy but wanted to make sure i didnt gain an amount that would be too hard to lose...then i found out i was having twins and that went out the window...you cannot eat less...diet or watch your weight pregnant honestly..its harmful to the baby....there isnt really a set way to gain only in your tummy...its genes,,,,,based on how you carry the baby..etc......i know its weird to think this way but honestly once i got past the in between showing phase i really love my body now..my chest is bigger.i have curves....fiance LOVES how i look and you just learn to accept it.....i know of a high school friend who actualy just went into a weight loss rehab center because she because so obsessed while pregnant about weigh gain that she would throw up and all...just rmember that for these 9 months you are responsible for 2 lives....and once the baby is here its a lifetime commitment.they don't care if your fat or skinny...they will love you!
