When did your DC go from 4 to 3 bottles a day? ETA: Another question
DD is not finishing all of her bottles anymore. I'm not sure if it is because she is distracted or ready to drop one. When did your DC go to 3? DD almost 9 months.
ETA:
I plan to give the 3 bottles at 7am, 12:30pm, and 6:30 (bedtime). For the 12:30 one, do I give it before I feed her lunch?

This is good to know......wonder if now that DS started solids if he is ready to go from 5 down to 4 a day. (I BF 2 times & then 3 bottles while at work)
He has been taking the 1PM bottle later & later with me when I am off.

Off the top of my head, I would say 8 or 9 months, because I remember telling the doc at his 10 month well check he was taking 3 bottles and it had been that way for a while.

Thanks everyone. I think I might try it this weekend. Prepping for daycare is going to be so easy...only 1 bottle!!!!

I dropped the 4th bottle around 10/ or 11 mos, when he started eating a lot at dinner.
I do bottles at 7am, 12pm and 4pm and I do lunch at 1pm and dinner at 6pm.

I give bottles when he wakes up (around 6-6:30), around 3:00pm and before bed (around 6:30 -7 pm.)
I give him a lunch of solids at noon and the bottle in the afternoon. I think I did it that way because when I was home with him, we would run errands in the afternoon and it was easier to bring a bottle with me than food.

DS stopped a couple of weeks ago at about 8 months. It was when I started giving him yogurt with lunch. He gets 6 oz with breakfast at 8, with "dinner" at 4, and 8-9 oz at bedtime.

DD went from 4 to 3 around 10 mos. We gave her the second bottle after lunch.
