Ordered the Nursery Furniture today -
Another check off of the list -
As as an added bonus, my parents bought it for us !!!
It's Stanley Young America 'My Haven"
The room is on the smaller side, so I just got the double dressed and crib for now ......We'll see how it all works out -

isnt it soo nice to have grandparents spoiling them already! my parents have bought both cribs and dressers.....bassinets...double stroller tons of clothes...and my shower isnt until february!....its such a help and huge stress taken off of us

Absolutely - I am very appreciative, but I would never ask, or expect my parents to don anything like that - But they're always really generous. DH is grateful but it makes him uncomfortable to have them pay for things like this, partially b/c my ILs don't do ANYTHING ......-
Granted, my parents are in a different financial situation, but I don't think it's my ILs nature to do it, regardless. -

Yes, that's the color. It's called coffee.
We got it @ Behr's on Hicksville Rd. in Seaford/Massapequa .........I saw the red on the floor display - I liked it !!

hmmm I might have to take a road trip there to see the red in person, although my crib is being delivered in a month. I guess I can wait!
I love the look of the crib though.

wow we should get togehhter...we have ALOT in common..my parents havent had to be asked to do ANYTHING! not to sound greedy bc i am not but they have given us such a lonng list of big ticket and small tcket items...my mom is throwin baby shower(and planning it from florida none the less) and i've seen IL's twice since we announced pregnancy and not so much as even a onesie..i am lucky if they ask how i feel.....financially they are both probably in the sme boat but my parents are just more prone to do it...we appreciate it sooo much...Rob felt weird at first but gets so excted everytime another present comes LOL....my parents and family are amazing...showers not until last weekend in february and already 50plus items off of our registry.....nice to be lvoed!
