Does your stomach hurt when it is growing?
My stomach feels very sore, and my lower back has mild pain. Is this normal? im hitting 30 weeks. I have had some sharp pains on and off and i just know if i should be concerned. I know if i call the doc there response is always go to the ER.

Haven't heard of a tummy getting sore from growing, it usually just gets very itchy from stretching.
You may wanna speak to your doctor about that at the next appointment.
Your pelvic area will get sore, but I haven't heard of the tummy getting sore.

My belly aches when I have a growth spurt. My muscles feel "sore" from teh stretching.....

my stomach hurts in certain spots b/c  tends to kick me in the same spot all day long, so I am bruised! I can also feel pulling from the stretching...

My stomach would hurt externally as it went through growth spurts. It was very uncomfortable. I remember it hurting at the top a lot.

Me too, it ws rough, the top was sore even to the touch. But I admit I was pretty big!
Use lots of moisturizer that helped a little, and just try not to over do it, or twist too much, any more stretching of the skin would hurt me.
