I love Behr's Furniture
We got DS the Generation Next convertible crib there 2 yrs ago (we got it waaaay early in our PG b/c it was on sale for $300 off!). Anyway, we are at the point where he hates the crib, and are converting it to a toddler bed. Well needless to say, a move and 2 years later, we lost the conversion instructions. So we called them asking if we could swing by and pick up a copy or just take a look at one of theirs, etc. The woman who answered the phone actually talked DH through how to do it for about 10 minutes, making sure he was finding the parts he needed to complete the conversion, and then at the end told us how to find the instructions for the right model on the Baby's Dream website.
Just had to share....it's not often I am happy after calling customer service or a store!

I know. He is 1 1/2 yrs old today. They grow so fast!!!
