some techs will make a guess sooner, but they say 20 weeks is the most accurate of weeks to find out.

about15 wks here....they were able to see clear as day that iw as haviing boys....they are identical so the tech would have been able to determine even if he only saw one of them.....guess it depends.. a friend of mine also found out at 15 wks

but the average is about 20 weeks

I have identical twins so at 12 weeks the Dr. gave a guess at girls. At 14 weeks he is 90% sure girls. I could even tell at 14 weeks because there was a clear picture.
We will see at 20 weeks.

the doc guessed 90%  at my 12w ultrascreen and then they confirmed it at my 20w one. They were both right!

That is true. The tech I had made a pretty good guess at 16 weeks and she was right.

I found out aroiund 14 weeks with Baby A. Baby B was hiding and we didn't find out with him until about 18 weeks
