BuyBuyBaby Mess Up.....
With my shower coming up on Saturday the packages have started to come in from family and friends who can not attend.
Today I get 2 packages from BBB. One contained an item that recently came off my registry and that I know for a fact my cousin purchased me. When i opened it the packing slip didnt match the gift, nor did the card attached. The 2nd package had 3 items (one from my registry but not shown as purchased) with a card from a Grandpa Ruby- no clue who that is.
I called customer service and they admit they messed up. They read me the card that was supposed to go with the 1st package from my cousin. The 2nd package should not have come to me at alll but they said I can keep it. Hopefully the rightful owner gets everything she is supposed to. And I hope none of my stuff is soemone elses house right now!!

I'm lovin Grandpa Ruby right now and its awesome that I got some free stuff BUT it makes me nervous that these mix ups happen so easily!!

Grandpa Ruby got me Disposable Breast pads for my soon to be leaking milk, Boppy changing pad covers, disposable changing pad covers, and burp clothes! Its over $30 worth of stuff The other $100s worth of stuff is being shipped at another time so hopefully his granddaughter will get it!!

They are very good at taking care of things like this. The warehouse is unbelieveably large and confusing (yes I have been in their warehouse) and although they do sometimes make mistakes their CS is pretty good at fixing.
