Spinoff to my blog question
Where do you blog?
What do you blog about?
How do you get so many hits?

blogspot.com http://shawn-addition.blogspot.com/ is my current one about my house project.
I'm documenting the entire home addition project from start to finish. That way, anybody who wants to see how the house is coming along, can just pop over and look at the latest updates. With a blog, I don't have to remember what I told to who. Everyone can figure out on their own where they need to catch up from.
I have no idea how many hits I get. I'm not really interested. I just do it to make things easier for me.

I get between 35-70 views a day- some from friends/family- others from other sites picking me up- like a Rachael Ray blog will pick me up and link to me if I post a review of a RR recipe.
I write a lot about cooking and parenting.. and also about current events.
I also belong to blogher.com which is a blog network for women..
I also write blogs for a local site that has spots on what's going on locally, retaurants, store openings, etc... so I get traffic from there too.

I set up a wordpress blog a little while ago and have been posting 1-3x a day. It's a home decorating & renovating blog mostly about our home renovations we've done or are doing, decorating ideas, etc.

I have a blog on Blogger or blogspot
I blog about anything. Mostly about fashion and beauty and music. I just started it. I have a lot of free time while at work.
