is it gas?...
when there's like a knot in the middle of your stomach....i feel like twisting my back to loosen it up or somthing...should i take tums?

Yeah, that sounds like gas. Tums won't help, but just try pulling your knees into your chest. It will come out eventually, it is just really uncomfortable!

Sounds like gas. Drink some hot tea or some hot water with lemon. That should help move it a long.
