Week 18 and back to the gym!!
I just started going back to the gym this week, week 18.. and it feels great to go and work out a bit!! The only problem is, i feel more tired than I did before!! Isn't it supposed to give me more energy? At least I dont feel so bloated and lazy anymore!!! 30 minutes of cardio really does make a difference!!!

Working out while pregnant does not give you more energy.... Being 18 weeks pregnant is exhausting! 30 minutes of cardio is fine but be sure to listen to your body... If you are feeling very tired you should talk to your doctor. Working out is great while pregnant - just do the things you did pre-pregnancy though!

Thats all I am doing.. in fact I turned it down a couple of notches to keep my heartrate down below 140.. sticking to the routine will probably get me more energy eventually I guess.. or I hope!
