Can you recommend your realtor to me?
I don't want to cold call an agent, but can you rec your agent that covers most of the south shore of Suffolk County? (Figure Lindenhurst to Mastic)
I'm looking for someone that totally honest-will give me their honest opinions, do extra research for me on homes, reply to emails and phone call within or less 24 hours, has GREAT follow up skills and is very personable and patient and has been in the business for more than 10 years.
Is that too much to ask for? That's what i have up here right now in CT, but I need a clone of her for LI.

I loved mine and I am still friends with her! She has a lot of experience with the South Shore - she grew up in Merrick but sells everywhere.

We had another agent that we didn't like and we met Lauren at an open house she was hosting. I called her the next week and the rest is history.

She was SO honest to the point where I was like - you should be less honest, I don't want to buy this house! 
She was seriously great and a sweetheart to boot.

I second this one!!!!!
I went thru a lot of realtors in my search. She was the best.
Never pushy or impatient.
She showed us one house & that was it. We stuck with her for the rest of the time.
