33 week picture and possible preeclampsia?
Went to see my new Dr yesterday who was very nice. everything is going fine and then he says oh have you had protein in your urine before? Ummm no never! Every appointment in the past was-thiungs are GREAT, don't change a thing etc. etc. The level of protein should be 0 mine was 2 and that was within a week. He wants to watch it very closely so Sunday I have to do a 24 hr urine collection. My BP was fine at 121/70 so that is reassuring. I have had none of the neurollogical symptoms(headache, spotted vision, etc) I will keep you all updated. For now here is my most recent pic at 33 weeks.
UPDATE: So saw Dr #2 today who I reall liked-I hope he delivers me. There are 4 Drs in the practice so it could be any of them. He was like yeah hopefully you'll make it another 2 weeks-I was like what do you mean? I am getting induced at 37(3.5 weeks from today) he said-I don't know if you'll make it that far!  The protein was down to 1 and i will get the results of my urine and blood later today or tomorrow.

Same thing happened to me at my 34 weeks. My blood pressure was up a little, I had some swelling in my feet and a trace of protein. My dr. did not order additional testing just asked me to keep an eye on the swelling and if any problems to come back before my next 2 wk appt. I go back this week so I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's not worse.
Only thing comforting is that god forbid it got bad, your baby is close to full term. Good luck!

We are almost in the same boat!! I am going to be 33 weeks and have to pee in the orange jug tommorrow too for the same reasons, except my BP was also really high.
Thank goodness we're towards the end at least!!!

That shirt and one other one are the only ones that fully cover my belly-since none of my pants will fit over it anymore!

Around the same time in my pregnancy I the same thing happen to me. I always had perfect blood pressure but two times at a weekly visit I had protein in my urine so I had to do a 24 hr. collection twice and everything was fine. They are just taking precautions to make sure you're ok but really, as long as your blood pressure is in check you're probably fine. I never developed pre-eclampsia despite the protein in my urine those two times.

You look great! I had slight traces of protein in my urine last time and elevated blood pressure. I also had/have a lot of swelling. I was worried about developing preeclampsia. My blood pressure was back to normal today and I didn't have any protein in my urine. If your blood pressure is ok, I wouldn't worry too much. I hope everything is ok.
