Girls with Gestational Diabetes
I've noticed the past three-four days, I have been VERY thirsty. I was sick on Wed-Friday, so that could be part of it, but I was wondering if you showed any signs of GD before being diagnosed.

I was diagnosed with GD when I was 27 weeks but I didn't notice anything wrong with me. The symptoms of GD mimic those of pregnancy so it would be hard to tell if it's GD or just a regular pregnancy symptom. I had NO idea anything was wrong until I got my blood results back.......I was shocked!!

I had no symptoms at all. I think many pregnant women are more thirsty during pregnancy than usual.

Recently i was told this is a sign. I had this before pregnancy too, and had GD last pregnancy, still waiting on results on this pregnancy.. but i have the thirst again all night. but like i said i had before pregnancy so not sure if you can go by me.
