I have a soar throat and cough that is driving me crazy! Is there anything I can take to soothe it?

I would ask your practitioner. It sounds like allergies.
for the sore throat I would drink tea with honey and lemon which will help to coat and soothe it..... Thats what I do even when I'm not pg.

Def talk to your OB. I was told Halls or Ricola, but nothing with Zinc or Echinacea
