I teach 8th grade and out of my 100 students, NONE of them are named chelsea.. its a cute name!! Go for it!

Yay!!! And I'm glad to hear its not that popular...I've always looooved the names Gabriella and Isabella, its been a huuuge favorite of mine, but they've gotten sooooo popular AND we have to name after grandparents so thats one name and middle name has to be another grandparent...and DH loves Chelsea, which is a shocker to me

I've always loved the name Rebecca!!! Since i knew one in Jr. High...but she spelled it Rebekah...

The only Chelsea I know is my cousin and she is about 16  It's a pretty name
ETA: and I LOVE it with Rebecca, that's my sister's name and I would totally use it if DH weren't opposed to using a name already in use this generation - that's a toughie with the size of our families!
