I work in the preschool of a not-for-profit day treatment center. Our holiday party consists of some desserts that people bring in, and a secret santa. I think that will still be on.
I don't know about DH's though...I have a feeling it won't be happening this year.

Maybe I'm in the minority but I always thought Holiday parties were silly. I would rather them take the money spent and split it up as a bonus than attend a party with people I work with.
I always thought the SAME thing...I normally dread them. Although I like where I work now so it's not too bad...but I see your point. You see them allll week....
Ours is still on.

Uh, our Social Committee budget for the holiday party is like $25 
We have it at someone's house and everyone brings a dessert or app.
Not cancelled :P

ours is cancelled, which I think is great! my company spends millions on these parties (worldwide company) and honestly, I'd rather more people be able to keep their job than have a party that I never go to anyway.
