I hear it helps with things slowly going south (socks with rocks LOL!!!!!) over time but not sure.

No way, I don't think I could. I have fallen asleep a few times though, and as soon as I wake up thats the 1st thing to come off!

I don't even eat dinner with a bra on most nights.  (At home!)
I think I lost the battle against socks with rocks long ago.  ( I didn't believe in the virtues of underwire in college. )

oh i totally sleep with a bra on!! pretty much every night.
for me, its not uncomfortable and i feel like i am helping keep them afloat...
we'll see if they stay nice and perky through the rest of my twenties and thirties.
however, i am pregnant and plan on breastfeeding, so all that work might not make a difference
