help i have allergies!!!!
and i can't take anything. any herbal remedies you know of out there?

Are you sure you can't take anything? Call your Dr. and ask him/her.
I have bad allergies and I take a Claratin every night - If my allergies are VERY severe, I take 2 benadryl INSTEAD of the Claratin .......
My allergies have gotten worse since I'm pregnant - but my Dr. said I can take the meds if I need them (which I do) .......
If it's your nose, you could try a saline nasal spray to relieve the stuffiness .......all it is is salt water -
