If you are not finding out what you are having,
do you have an idea what the baby is? Honestly, I am going back and forth like crazy, but most of the time I think of the baby as a boy. What about you?

Re: If you are not finding out what you are having,
I think it's a girl, but I really have no idea and go back and forth. I've had dreams of each sex.
The other night I had a dream we had a girl, but she was only about 7 inches long and looked like a giant thumb I told the Drs they had to put her back in because she wasn't done yet - like she's a turkey or something

Re: If you are not finding out what you are having,
I go back and forth- I was leaning toward girl because of how badly I have been breaking out (I really don't give much clout to all the wives tales, about how your carrying etc...- but for some reason in my mind, I'm thinking maybe female hormones from a could cause me to have this issue - dont think theres anything scientific about this theory, its my own) ...Also, this pg. has given me so many problems (previa, subchorionic hematomas etc..) that I jokingly say, it must be a girl giving me problems already ...But my DH is pretty sure its a boy and his instincts are usually right- on the other hand my DS calls my belly baby sister , so maybe he's got a sense we don't have...Because I already have a boy, its almost hard to imagine that i would have a girl- 11 weeks and we'll know for certain - either way, I couldnt be happier !

Re: If you are not finding out what you are having,
The first 4 months my instinct was girl, now i change from day to day between B & G. I already have one of each, so i compare my pregnancies to this one, its hard to say. As my level II gets closer i think about what it is more and more, but im goign to be strong and hold out until the birth- keeps it exciting!

Re: If you are not finding out what you are having,
this is why not finding out is soooooo exciting!! i am convinced i am having a boy! i look like i am carrying a boy, i didnt have any morning sickness... and my instincts from the beginning said boy. once in a while when i have my ugly days, i think that maybe i am having a girl but i am 99% sure i am having a boy.

Re: If you are not finding out what you are having,
okay, i'll bite.. i'll be the most premature answerer to this question...
today is 6 weeks...but everyone i know has said they have always had 'mental images' of me with a boy...
it could be because i'm not a girly girl though...
what are the 'wives tales' of which sex?
girls make you break out in acne??
ETA: just call me thread KILLER

This is how I was with my first pregnancy - and boy was I wrong! I almost fell off the table when they said it was a girl!
This pregnancy, I am trying not to think too much about it, especially since I was so wrong the last time!

Re: If you are not finding out what you are having,
Deep down i thought it was a girl, but i think i was so brainwashed to think it was a boy bc everyone who saw me pretty much said boy when asked, and i ended up having my little girl

Re: If you are not finding out what you are having,
My very first instinct said girl. For most of the first trimester I thought girl. Then I REALLY felt boy.
Now I just go back and forth all the time. But it's fun.
