anyone else's sinuses...
Killing them? I'm dying over here with the pressure around my eyes.
What is safe to take?

I actually am just getting over a bad sinus infection and finally broke down and had to be put on antibiotics.
My doc told me not to take anything for the congestion though...she told me to try and "tough it out"...which was NOT easy to say the least.
But I have heard you can take sudafed? Maybe take a sudafed and some tylenol to help with the pain?

Mine have been awful for months, I take a claritin (NOT CLARITIN D) every morning or else I have a headache so bad by 10AM it's ahrd to function. I forgot to do this last weekend and was in tears by 2:30PM - 1st time in my life I ever cried over a headache, but the pain and pulsing becomes unbearable.
I still get the sinus headaches, but they don't come on now until 6PMish and they aren't as bad, I try not to take any tylenol unless it gets really bad.
My Dr. said if things don't improve she can put me on flonase, but that is a class C drug, so I am going to avoid that. I'd try the claritin and see if that helps

I've been having sinus issues this entire pregnancy and have never had sinus issues before....I haven't taken anything but Tylenol if it gets too bad...

I had it really bad last week, but once it mixed with a fever I went to the doctor. They put me on Z-Pack and said its a preganancy safe antibiotic- I am since feeling much better!!!
Many people will say Sudafed is safe BUT my doctor said he doesn't recommend it since it often causes heart palpatations! He said if its affecting adults that way then imagine how its affecting the baby.
