14 weeks and I have finally gained some weight..
It is so hard to step on the scale and see your weight going up. I had bad M/S and my appetite is finally coming back. I'm scared that my weight is going to go crazy when my M/S goes away completely. Is 3lbs normal at this point?

whattoexpect.com has a weight tracker where i used to track my weight each week and it compares you to what is average... but honestly, dont worry about it! Everyone's body is different... just keep eating healthy and eating while you are hungry... i gained no weight in the first trimester and it all in the 2nd trimester, then again only a few pounds in the last trimester... but it is different for everyone...
im glad you are staring to feel better though!

I didn't gain any the first trimester but now that I can eat real food again, I intend to plump up nicely

Totally normal- I gained 5 at 17 weeks so you are right on track according to my doc.
