seriously, do i have a black cloud over my head?
i feel like everyone i touch gets bad luck or something.
i know that's not possible but wow it is unbelievable lately.
i also know it could always be worse but geez when it rains, it pours in buckets.

it is good to know there was no visible weapon involved.
for everyone - apparently, the person who did this wrote a note and handed it to the cashier. i'm assuming it said i have a concealed weapon, hand over cash... and then that was that.
i'm wondering if they caught him/her?
whether or not he really had a weapon - who knows, probably not.
how crazy and scary! the poor cashier - i'm hoping it was NOT my MIL.

I love that carwash! the cashier who's hubby also works there, theyre so nice  I hope whichever cashier it was, is ok

hey guys!! thanks so much for all the positive vibes. everything is OK -- the car wash was robbed of over $4,000. some dude handed over a note and a bag and the note said to fill the bag with money... "or else"  that guy is lucky i wasn't helping out as cashier that day - i would have jumped over that counter and ripped his face off. anyway, lol, the cashier did what she was told and the guy just walked out. i guess the cashier was stunned - b/c she didn't say "help, that guy is leaving with ALL the money from the register" or anything but w/e.
my in-law's were not there - my FIL took the day off and his partner took today off for the holiday - they take turns. so his partner was there but was outside at the time -- the guy waited until the area around the cashier was pretty much empty to do it.
so, my in-law's heard from his partner -- didn't know when my husband was coming home from being with me and kenneth in NJ so didn't think to call and alarm him and were out all night at a BBQ lol lol robberies don't phase them from enjoying labor day! HA! ...so, then, when they got home (late) my husband was like UMMM?!?!?!! lol and explained that I found out on HERE haha and then called him worried.
MIL got the "you must always have your cell with you" speech and that was that.
this is, which is pretty amazing, the first time the car wash has been robbed since my FIL has owned it (over 15 years) aside from one break-in that was minor after hours -- but this is the first during hours. the guy was on video but had a hat on and it is very hard to see who he is. needless to say, we will be installing better video cameras, doing "drops" wayyy more often and overall stepping up security lol.
it stinks but at least no one was hurt!!
to the guy - go out and get a job, man.
thanks ladies!! sorry to alarm! i was so freaked out!
