 This Walker guy is obviously unfit to drive a motor vehicle! Some people just aren't cut out for it. I wish he'd known this before he got behind the wheel. This happens too often!

that's awful
the only way this POS isn't going to drive again is if he is locked up
and that's where I think he should be
he doesn't care if he has a vaild Lic- he has already proven he will drive an unsafe van anyway

This guy is clearly such an irresponsible a$$hole the only way you can guarantee he won't drive is if he's in jail.
That poor man to lose his wife and son... my heart breaks for him.
