I think it would depend upon what you want to do and how artsy-craftsy you are.
I think that's something I'd pass on.

Well we did them when I was little...but nothing fancy at all. We took a balloon (you can do a regular or a punch balloon if you want bigger) & then just paper machete it w/ newspaper & water/flour paste. When it dries you can paint it...leave a hole in the top for the candy.
