Mommy Guilt Stinks!
My DD is dealing with some small fever, not eating...and Im thinking its teething.
She woke up just really needy this am, crying for me, Which she never does...she wakes up happy.
Dh had her and was just holding her as she is reaching out for me crying.  Im like, Walk away please.....this is hard for me.
I had to leave for work, so I walked out and for the 1st time I wanted to cry in my car 
I know she is ok now but that was so hard!

awwwww, that must have killed you. It must be so hard to walk away from her crying for you - but you are going to work to provide the very best for her!

Aww Deb!! I hope she feels better. The other day I had to leave Ella to do some stuff with my friend and I felt so horrible because she was not feeling well.

I hope she feels better soon...and I have to say noone warned me about "mommy guilt" before I had DS...WOW!! is all I can say, it's constant.

Unfortunately it never gets easy but you do the best you can and you know she was in good hands. They are such loving little people - she won't hold it against you but rather will be thrilled to see you tonight.

I know how you feel. DS does this whenever I have to drop him off to daycare. I really hate leaving him like that. But after like less than a minute he stops crying. Its an attachment thing they have with their mommies. Its all b/c we take care of them the best!
