Lawyer Needed w/ IRS issue
I have a major issue going on with IRS. I'm being audited for 2005 and they kept my 2007 refund. I've submitted supporting documentation to the auditors to prove everything they are questioning.
Anyway, to make a long story short I now need a lawyer b/c doing this on my own isn't working.
Anyone knows what kind of lawyers deal with these type of cases?

accountants handle this too, I know someone if you need one FM he deals with this stuff all the time!

I don't think you need a lawyer to suss out your tax issues...I think that should be a secondary step.
