His mom for during the weekday, she only works until 11:30 or so.
My mom & dad on the weekends, as they both work f/t.

My ILs watch her during the week while I am at work. On the weekends if we need someone to watch her I usually ask my mom or one of my sisters first because they live much closer than my ILs, but ILs will watch her if need be.

My parents and two of my sisters.
One of my sisters watches him when I'm at work and the other one will watch him for me on weekends if I need to somewhere, or for my once a month date with DH. I am very lucky!!

My parents and my inlaws. My parents are alot younger than my inlaws so they can keep up with the twins.
My inlaws can watch them but for only a short amount of time, like if I have to run to the store or when we go to Church.

As for weekends/nights...if it's just for a few hours, MIL will watch or DH's cousin...

My inlaws because they are right next door.
My parents do help out as well. My mom doesn't feel well and it's hard for her.
I usually only ask them if we need to go to a wedding or a wake (had 2 of them this week )
Once in a while, if DH and I want to have a "Date" we will ask too, but, that's rare.

My parents are the usual babysitters, my in-laws live six plus hours away. We also have a few other people we've used in cases where my parents aren't available.
