I was wondering who primarily babysits for you
My parents are our on-call babysitters on the weekend.
My dad will watch Jack during the week if I need to do something.
If for some reason we have a family function that my parents will also be at then my cousins watch him.

When Ella was much younger I did have someone that helps out when I have things to do and even watch her for a few hours. Now, that she is older I do not use this person service anymore.
My parents and my in-laws babysit for me whenever I need them to.

There is a center in my area that has drop-off hours during certain weekdays, and I sometimes drop DS off there for appts. and such.
But no babysitter for evenings/weekends yet.

Always my parents on weekends. During the week - they are too far. 
This is aside from daycare during the day.

We only have my parents - DH won't let my MIL watch her and my BIL/SIL and their kids live too far out east to do it - plus they usually go out every weekend anyway

It is either my mom or MIL, but we never really go anywhere since we are far and it is gets to be a big ordeal because I have to pick my MIL up and my mom has things to do at home since she still works and has my sibblings still. I did find a babysitter and have used her once and she is really good with the kids but a night out gets expsenviise when you have to add that cost to the night out.
When I was on LI my mom watched him the most, but I think it was maybe 10 times if that in a year.

Both my inlaws are deceased, so my parents are the baby sitters of choice!
I did have my cousin (DD's Godmother who is 22) babysit for the first time on Tuesday night.

My mom. My dad lives in Utah. My ILs are in Florida most of the year, but honestly after all the nonsense over the years I don't trust MIL as far as I could throw her.
My brother and his wife have offered to sit but my brother's shift changes each week so it's hard to coordinate with him. My BIL and his wife have never offered - at least to me.

We've only had a few nights out. The first, when Ryan was about 6wks was my aunt - an RN. My mom watches him a couple of days during the week and my ILs have watched him twice at night.

My IL's... that's all we have.
My mom's deceased and my Dad is disabled.
My brother... I wouldn't trust him to water the plants, nevermind watch my kids.
As my IL's get into their mid 70's I don't know what we'll do.

My sister (she's 28) and my parents are always available and willing. My MIL has also helped us out on occasion. I've never left my kids with anyone other than family. We are very lucky.

My inlaws live next door, so they will watch her when I need to run out quick and at night when we grab a bite to eat. For planned appointments etc my parents will watch her because it needs to be a bit more organized since they live 20 minutes away.

We don't go out often enough - rarely really (need to change that)
Primarily my ILs will watch Lucas if we go out.
During the week my SIL would be the person I would ask.
