Believe it or not, I heard that Johnsons baby shampoo works great.

Does it look like the same thing Hannah had? If so the ped said to leave it alone. Just clean it with light soap and water and thats it.

Yep its the same thing.
 I hated it. She said it would truly get better and stop breaking out after 3 months. She was right.. it hasnt really been back at all. (knock on wood)

I think the best thing is to just leave it alone. I tried the J&J baby shampoo and it didn't help at all.
However it just got worse and worse and she started scratching it and it would bleed, so the pediatrician recommended hydrocortisone cream. That helped with the scratching and also helped to clear it up.

Johnson's baby shampoo and Aquaphor cleared it when Jayden was an infant.

I used a damp cotton ball with J&J lavender body wash. It dried her skin a lot. The acne lasted maybe 3 weeks and then it was gone and hasn't returned. I'd leave it alone.

i tried the J&J with my DS, but it didn't help. his acne took forever to go away. with DD i just left it alone and it cleared up pretty quickly.
