I don't know about delivery but I bought bags both at HD and Lowe's.

I used all county in bohemia/holbrook on lincoln avenue. We had 10 yards delivered depending on where you live they will deliver it for free.

Garden Dept in Medford delivers for free locally. They are right on 112.
