josh used to sleep from 10:15 pm- 8 0r 9am. now he's up at 5:30-7:30am! Chat Icon he's only getting 7-8 hours a night!

he still takes 2 2hour naps but when i shorten those naps it doesn't affect his morning wake up time. if i put him to bed eariler then he wakes up at 5am! what do i do?

how many hours does your dc sleep at night?

Logan is almost always asleep by 8:00 (most nights it's 7:30) and gets up around 7:00 in the morning.

He takes two 30 minute naps during the day.

Maybe you can put him down earlier?

Maddie is 12 months. Her sleeping has changed a bit and isn't always consistent. She goes to bed around 6:30-7:00 and sleeps until 7:30/8:00. She takes at least 1 hour and a half nap a day, sometimes 2.

10:15 seems really late and that could be the reason he is not sleeping that long IMO.

He sleeps from 6pm-6am. Sometimes he gets up between 5:30 and 6.

He naps an hour in the mornings.

Unfortunately - no pm naps

Christopher is 14 months and he goes down between 7-8pm and sleeps til 7-8am.

Monday-Friday, he takes one nap, usually less than an hour and a half. On the weekends, he naps more.

From 7 pm - 6 am

Naps right now are in flux for the past two weeks due to molars and colds but at least two hours a day.

Total per 24 hour period... 13 hours.

For DS at that age he was sleeping from 7-7 and taking a total about 1-2 hour nap a day.

DD will 1 in 3 weeks and she takes two 2 hour naps and sleeps from 7/7:30 to 6 or 7am
