Think we're ready for the next step... help!!
My husband and I think we're ready to sell our co-op in Bayside and move to Nassau county. What's the best way to do this, find an agent that works in both queens and Nassau for the selling and buying, or work with 2 different people? I'm so clueless. Any helpful info or recommendations?

I would get one realtor who specializes in Bayside to sell your co-op, and then narrow down where you are looking to buy in Nassau and find a realtor who works in that area.
