How big was it? It actually looks more like a rat- hope that doesn't freak you out!

we've had a rat, but this one was smaller...maybe it had babies.. (there is water and woods behind us)

I think rats and mice are cute.. as long as they aren't in my house! I don't like their tails though. I actually saw a rat earlier today where I work- there is a pond and woods here.

my co-worker just saw it & read up to that you had water behind you & after first thinking it was a rat he then said it is probably a baby muskrat.....I don't know for sure though

What kind of camera/lens are you using?
Love the woodpecker! Do you find that the starlings try to do after the suet too?
