So my OB office thinks I'm crazy
Typically they don't call with blood results unless there is something "wrong," so you can imagine my panic when they called first thing this morning - had cystic fibrosis screening last week as well as my quad screen. My doc's nurse said "Oh, Dr. H just wanted me to call to let you know everything is okay with the CF screening and the quadscreen." I made her run down all the results with me and she's like are you writing these down? with a little chuckle. I said wow, I know you guys don't typically call so it must be because Dr H has caught on that I'm crazy/a nervous nelly. And she said probably!  I'm so embarrassed now.
Every time I get blood work I ask how long it will take to get results back and when I can call for them - I guess they were saving me the trouble today.

so funny! I"m just like you...its only been a few weeks and I've called the office like 5 times just for questions...they must think I'm crazy too

my ob's office thinks I'm neurotic (and they're right ) I always call them for results before they even come in.
the posted a note on my chart saying I'm a 'nervous mom' and need a call even if the results are fine
