My DH used Andrea Seychett Schear for his divorce from his first wife. He has 3 kids so there were custody issues as well. She was fantastic!! Good luck!!

i've used Marc W. Roberts in Nassau.. but he also practices in Suffolk.. he's got loads of experience and is TOUGH as nails in court.. unfortunately I've had to worked with him for quite some years..
