Mystery of his 103.5 fever solved!
Mr. Crankypants has a double ear infection. 
I feel like a horrible mom. He was doing much better on Monday and the dr said to schedule an appt if he was the same or worse. So, we didn't schedule. But Monday night he was quite cranky and last night he was unbearable. His fever never went back over 101, so we thought it was teething. At 3am he was trying to shove his entire fist in his ear. Guess I needed the obvious sign.  Poor little guy can't swim now.

don't feel horrible! when my baby is sick the LAST thing I want to do is drag him out on a hot day to a dr who will probably use the word "viral"
