My little girl....not so little anymore....
She was up north over the weekend with DH's family and when I got home from work last night she was in bed. Well now I am doing the laundry and I think she got a monthly visitor while up there. She is growing up so fast, I am sort of sad. I guess I will talk to her when she gets home and see if all is okay. She is 12, but it seems like yeserday she was just a baby, now we are watching her blossoming into a young lady. Time goes by so fast. I know having a baby is so tough and it takes alot out of you, but really, cherish every moment. It goes by like the wind.

My DD is 11 and she's starting to develop. No visitor yet but soon I suppose.
It was just yesterday when she came home from the hospital and I guess I blinked because now she's growing into a beautiful young lady.
She's still a little girl in so many ways but also maturing both physically and emotionally.
I agree, cherish the baby years. They go by so fast.
I'm with you too. My oldest is 10 1/2 and it seems like yesterday I was still changing her diapers.
My daughter, who is a jock, suddenly seems a bit self conscious of her body. It all seems so unreal to me.
Even though each year is enjoyable, enjoy your babies and toddlers, it really is a magical time.

Aw, my DD isn't even 3 yet and I get sad thinking of her at 12. As much as I'd like to fast forward through the toddler years sometimes, I really do try to cherish these times.

I just got all teary...it's amazing how fast they grow up.
There is a line from a poem I used that totally came to mind reading your post:
why didn’t someone tell me
how fast a baby grows
that every little baby stage
soon comes but sooner goes
While she isn't an infant...she's still your baby...my how fast time goes!!!

It's amazing how quickly they grow up.. thanks for reminding us to cherish the baby/toddler years before it passes us in the blink of an eye

Southeastern...Highland/White Lake/Clarkston areas. I don't go to visit too often, but when I do, I'll let you know!

The pastor that married Dh and I, good friend of the fam, lives in White Lake. We get over that way a couple of times a year. WOW, what a small world.
